Shipping Policy – CLASSCAD

At CLASSCAD, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.


ORDER VERIFICATION

For quality and delivery accuracy purposes, we may verify your order via Email, WhatsApp, or Call before dispatch (if required).

Orders may be processed further only after successful verification.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Choose the delivery option that suits you best — Free Standard Shipping for prepaid orders, faster Priority Prepaid for quicker dispatch, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

STANDARD SHIPPING (PREPAID – FREE)

• Processing Time: 2 working days  
• Estimated Delivery: 4–5 working days after dispatch. May take up to 4-6 days in certain pin codes

PRIORITY PREPAID (+₹25)

• Next Working Day Dispatch  
• Estimated Delivery: 3–4 working days after dispatch  

CASH ON DELIVERY (+₹50)

• Processing Time: 2–3 working days  
• Estimated Delivery: 4–5 working days after dispatch. May take up to 4-6 days in certain pin codes
• ₹50 COD handling fee applicable  

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations.


ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is shipped.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Public holidays  
• Extreme weather conditions  
• Courier operational delays  
• Remote or service-limited areas  

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than estimated due to logistics constraints.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

• Check with family members, neighbours, security, or reception.  
• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner (may take 7–10 working days).

If verified as a genuine issue, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be eligible for resolution.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

CLASSCAD is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details  
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery  
• Refusal to accept the order
