EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At CLASSCAD, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. 
Please review our exchange and refund guidelines below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
• Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day size exchange.

• Free exchange is available only for size issues.
• No refunds are provided for size-related requests.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
• Exchange can be processed only once per order.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
• A correct replacement will be dispatched after verification.

REFUND POLICY (DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

Refunds are provided only in cases of:

• Damaged product received  
• Manufacturing defect  
• Incorrect item delivered  

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery  
• Share your Order ID  
• Provide clear photos and an unboxing video of the package  

Once verified and approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days  
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method  
• For COD orders, refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind  
• Ordering the wrong size (exchange only)  
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings  
• Products purchased during sale or using discount codes  
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for exchange or refund:

• Product must be unused and unwashed  
• Original tags and packaging must be intact  
• Product must be properly packed for reverse pickup  

CLASSCAD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery. 
If accepted, it may affect eligibility for claims.
